剧情梗概：兵法乡村是一部片，柏胜兵（王光辉 饰）退伍回乡后发现，自己离家十年，家乡在父亲柏保国（李玉锋 饰）带领下与十年前毫无变化，在外面接受过洗礼的柏胜兵与父亲发生了冲突，他决心改变现状。他推掉了去武装部工作的机会，在支教女大学生胜男（许还幻 饰）帮助下，挤掉墨守成规的父亲，担任了村里的党政一把手。大学生才文秀（李菁 饰）为追求胜男，吹嘘自己是城里某公司的经理，而竞选村官失败的钱砚开（孙松 饰）对柏胜兵产生了浓浓的妒意。在与柏胜兵合力工作中，胜男渐渐喜欢上这个有抱负的退伍兵，钱砚开的儿子钱串子（何云伟 饰）也喜欢上胜男，才文秀提出三人公开竞争......

The Art of War in the Countryside is a film in which Bai Shengbing (played by Wang Guanghui) returns from the army and discovers that he has been away from home for ten years. Under the leadership of his father Bai Baoguo (played by Li Yufeng), his hometown has remained the same as it was ten years ago. Bai Shengbing, who was baptized, had a conflict with his father, and he was determined to change the status quo. He turned down the opportunity to work in the Armed Forces Ministry. With the help of Sheng Nan (Xu Huanhuan), a female college student who supports teaching, he squeezed out his conservative father and became the leader of the party and government in the village.
