剧情梗概：
富豪王百铭為国内十大富豪之一，因拥有一只传说价值连城的保险箱，而成為各黑帮覬覦的目标；经兴光帮老大伟宗哥的策划，成功抢得保险箱，但王百铭的秘书兼地下情人Joyce却将保险箱钥匙秘密交付侦探伍青，从此一段保险箱与钥匙的争夺战正式展开！霹靂侦探社社长伍青為青山公寓房东，与一群看似普通，却各身怀绝技的邻居比邻而居。身怀绝世武艺的王家父子（王师傅、王肉甫）；可经由化妆而自由角色扮演的情侣档（Jolin、Play）及身手不凡的助理（曾世榜）由於黑帮追杀Joyce欲抢回钥匙，而阴错阳差的将伍青、曾世榜及一干邻居牵连其中！更俘虏了王师傅的小女儿（王薏仁）作為人质。因此伍青及邻居一行人开始為找出黑帮总部及解救王薏仁而各显神通！黑帮也為了抢回钥匙打开保险箱，取出传说中价值连城的物品，而策划一连串的行动，令伍青一行人多次陷入险境！双方更牵扯出60年前王师傅父亲（王小虎）与兴光帮太上帮主（杨过）因两本武功秘笈而產生的恩怨！因為当年孩提时期的杨过卖给王师傅父亲（王小虎）两本不全的武功秘笈，导致王家三代永远无法将绝世武功一阳指与铁布衫完功！而杨过更私藏一本九阳神功秘笈而称霸黑道数十年，伟宗哥受到祖父杨过的庇荫，兴光帮在黑帮中始终稳坐龙头！為所欲為！在黑帮不断的追杀下，还好有王百铭的管家（Tony）与其独身女王志玲（公主）鼎力相助；让伍青一行人能在最后策划出一场绝妙的反攻行动，以弱胜强、以小博大，成功抢回保险箱及回王薏仁！而最终那只神秘的保险箱之中究竟收藏了什麼价值连城的物品呢？
