剧情梗概：
近未来，法国巴黎黑势力横行，以大毒枭塔哈（Bibi Naceri 饰）为首的黑帮更是横行无忌，连当地警方都惧怕三分。软弱的警方无法对抗势力强悍的黑帮，只能用围墙和工事将不法分子所在的区域隔离。在这个被称为“13区”的地方，鱼龙混杂，暗流涌动。年轻的小混混雷托（David Belle 饰）拒绝塔哈的毒品生意，双方发生激烈冲突。雷托原本将塔哈扭送警察局，结果遭到腐败警察的算计。塔哈不仅逍遥法外，雷托的妹妹罗拉（Dany Verissimo 饰）也被大毒枭带走。6个月后，身手敏捷的高级督察达米埃（Cyril Raffaelli 饰）接到一宗棘手案件。一个威力强大的中子炸弹在运输途中遭到劫持，落到了塔哈的手里。为了阻止炸弹爆炸，达米埃必须在24小时之内将炸弹追回。他不得不求助于伺机救回妹妹的雷托……


In the near future, the underworld forces are rampant in Paris, France, and the gang headed by the big drug lord Taha (Bibi Naceri) is even more rampant, and even the local police are afraid of it. The weak police cannot fight against the powerful gangsters, so they can only use walls and fortifications to isolate the area where the criminals are located. In this place known as "Area 13", fish and dragons are mixed, and undercurrents are surging. The young gangster Leto (David Belle) rejects Taha's drug business, and the two sides have a fierce conflict. Leto originally turned Taha to the police station, but was tricked by the corrupt police. Not only is Taha at large, but Leto's sister Laura (Dany Verissimo) is also taken away by the big drug lord. Six months later, the agile Senior Inspector Damier (played by Cyril Raffaelli) received a tricky case. A powerful neutron bomb was hijacked in transit and fell into Taha's hands. In order to prevent the bomb from detonating, Damier must recover the bomb within 24 hours. He had to turn to Leto, who was looking for an opportunity to rescue his sister...
