The Ancient House is a thriller and horror film. On the eve of the Lunar New Year, Tsing Yi and her son Da Wa waited for her husband Shi Zi to come back from thousands of miles away for a reunion. Unfortunately, there was no news after waiting all night, and her son frequently saw an uncle whom Tsing Yi could not see. . The second aunt next door came to visit. Tsing Yi asked her second aunt to take care of her eldest son temporarily, while she ran to the village committee and called the factory to learn about her husband's whereabouts.
