The North Wind Blows is a drama film. In the twelfth lunar month of Bashang in 1974, the educated youth Shuaizi (played by Xia Yu) was assigned to the supervision of Niu Huahua (played by Yan Ni), the newly appointed leader of the Revolutionary Committee.
