剧情梗概：
青天衙门Ⅱ由《将军之爱》、《望子成龙》、《审妻记》、《花轿奇谋》四个部分组成。在一旱雷闷响的夜晚，顺天府街外一名泪水纵横哭泣声只见喊的书童，手持鼓棒正呜鼓喊冤。身任顺天府尹的谭振英听闻。立率人出门，并连夜审问其因。方庆被提到公堂上，泣诉了少爷方之栋与余清莲，本为一对青梅竹马的恋人，但因迫于无奈，清莲流落风尘沦为卖艺之女。方之栋为给清莲赎身，在街头卖字画攒钱。皇天不负有心人，之栋不仅送金杈于清莲做为定情之物，且将辛苦攒下的五百两银子送至暖香居嬷嬷手中，为其赎身。本应是有情人终成眷属，以喜为终，但天却不随人愿，就在之栋与青莲新婚之日，对清莲早已垂诞的富察家之后，富察家康带人闯入家中，捣毁礼堂，将上前理论的书童方庆打昏，并痛打上前阻拦斥责的方之栋，而后强行奸辱了余清莲，扬长而去。清莲因被辱，自感玷污了方家门风，含怨割腕自尽。之栋见其清莲血流满地，悲痛之极跟随清莲而去。方家二老欲告富察家康，但因县令怕得罪九门提督，不但不予受理，还屈打方家二老，二老因感控诉无门，为防止顺天府尹与县令官官相互，包庇富察家康，两人决意以死相谏，来明诉冤情……
