剧情梗概：
《学警雄心2学警出更/斗气冤家好兄弟》是由著名导演黄伟声导演的于2007年香港地区上映的一部剧情,犯罪类型的港台剧,由陶大宇郭羡妮容祖儿吴卓羲陈键锋主演,该片主要讲述了经过二十七周警校练习，立文与柏翘等一众学警终于passingout了。两位新扎师兄被派到油麻地分区同一小队，成为真正的警员。柏翘希望可以尽快成为督察，以报答亡父及好好照顾外祖父。为了可以尽快升职，柏翘严守警察通例，样样按本子办事，不求有功但求无过。立文因为性格远比柏翘来得冲动，对一个好警察的定义也不同，所以处事方法亦有别。一次柏翘巡逻时截查一班蛊惑仔，结果因为经验不足，被蛊惑仔头目景峰戏弄到不知如何是好，结果事后还被景峰的手下傻强投诉，令柏翘要接受警方内部调查。柏翘为此耿耿于怀，怕事件已纪录在案，影向晋升前途。一次落更后，霭琳与立文刚巧碰到景峰、傻强等人形迹可疑，就拉着立文跟踪景峰等，希望发现景峰傻强之罪证。时柏翘正在当值，发现二人行动，但立文去到已是太迟，只见霭琳被傻强以枪击毙倒卧地上目睹霭琳中枪身亡，柏翘大受打击，一时间对发生的事感到混乱无法接受。柏翘忍无可忍向立文爆发，认为立文要为霭琳之死负上全责，因柏翘觉得因为立文心红想破案所以才会带同霭琳去追查景峰等人，二人间已暗暗产生了芥蒂。半年后，立文与柏翘仍然是油麻地分区的军装警员，始知原来半年前柏翘立文碰到的景峰正担任卧底，现已立了大功所以升任为沙展，并调到二人环头的军装巡逻小队，成为二人的上司。通常一般警员要做了军装小队巡逻警员一年以上，才会被选中入机动部队受训成为蓝帽子;，但柏翘在半年后就向上司自荐要入营，因为入机动部队是警员晋升一个必备的条件。而景峰因为新升任沙展，亦需要入机动部队从新接受练习。三人需要面对为期十二周的严格练习。立文与柏翘在小队中明争暗斗，以争夺机动部队最佳警员为目标。机动部队最讲求的就是团队精神，立文、柏翘的明争暗斗令到小队的表现大受影响，教景峰大为头痛。景峰亦不忍见到两兄弟重蹈当日自己跟李sir的覆辙，为令二人和好，向柏翘讲出当日并不是立文冲动所以累死霭琳后来机动部队参与了一次世贸的行动，示威不单冲破了机动部队的防线，亦令这对曾经反目的好朋友明白大家的友情是如何珍贵。终于，这次世贸行动不单令二人和好，还令二人变成更有默契、关系更紧密的好兄弟。正当三人成为合作无间的机动部队小队时，柏翘开始不断浮现霭琳死时的一幕，心理辅导医生让柏翘记起当日霭琳死的真相，柏翘竟不知如何面对
