剧情梗概：亲兄热弟是一部剧情,家庭片，人过中年的于大海（张国立 饰）半生蹉跎，似乎就没遇上什么好事。曾经是国营厂的货车司机，厂子倒闭后开上了出租，起早贪黑挣个辛苦钱，老婆祝美莲（邓婕 饰）实在受不了他的木讷脾气，拍拍屁股离婚走人。父母去世后，大海独自拉扯两个弟弟，二弟大涌（刘燕军 饰）混成个工头，算是弟兄中 最有出息的；三弟大江（谭洋 饰）体弱多病，病退在家，偏还是个自私嘴损不让人省心的主儿。另有一个小弟弟大水（陈建斌 饰）早年被父母送人，后因斗殴关进了监狱。                                                                    　　大江被诊断患有白血病，然而两个哥哥却未能配型成功。焦急万分的大海想起了久未谋面的四弟——如今名叫赵园并且蹲了十一年大狱的犯人。精诚所至，大水最终同意配型，救了老三一命，四个兄弟也总算聚在了一起。穷是穷了点儿，可日子还得过，何况还有血浓于水的亲情在呢！一句话评论：聊聊哥儿四个与取经四人。这种喜剧片挺好的。这一家子太折腾了。非常好看！绝对是2007最佳情感大戏!。有点狗血，有点矫情，有点理想化。亲情是最永恒的话题~~~~。
