剧情梗概：凶宅是一部恐怖片，程雪贞（邵美琪 饰）的丈夫本来是名警察，染上了毒瘾后抢劫被同僚打至重伤死亡。程雪贞只好独自带着女儿玲玲离开婆婆的家，久久寻觅才租下一间便宜的单位。                                                                    　　可是女儿玲玲很害怕住在这间屋内，因为当晚上母亲去上班后，她便发现屋内常常出现一个小孩的鬼魂，令她害怕不已。但当她想母亲说起的时候，母亲总是不相信她的话，甚至出口责骂。                                                                    　　与此同时有个神经汉（黎耀祥 饰）常常出现在她们母女家的附近，但母女都没有正面见过这个神经汉。                                                                    　　玲玲的抵触情绪越发强烈，程雪贞在这时才发现这间房子原来是一间凶宅。而那名神经汉甘国强便是屋内的男主人，因为他有了外遇，妻子淹死了儿子后上吊自杀。程雪贞在查阅甘国强资料的当天，看到了这个过程……一句话评论：凶宅。生活也许就是这么弱肉强食。凶宅之谜。
