They find pleasure and satisfaction by crippling those who stumble in their way. Four of those who are crippled, a hawker who is blinded, a blacksmith made mute and deaf, a drifter who loses his legs, and a fighter who loses his sanity, band together to use their disabilities to the best of their advantage. "Incomplete" is a drama, action, martial arts, and costume film. Du Tiandao (Chen Guantai), a country bully, becomes more violent because his son Du Chang (Lu Feng) has his arms chopped off by the Three Tigers of the South. The villagers are not satisfied with him at all. If you act, you will immediately hurt someone. Chen Shun (Guo Zhui), Hu Agui (Sun Jian), and Wei Datie (Luo Mang) all accidentally offended Du Tiandao over trivial matters, and were blinded, cut off their legs, and beaten to deafness by him. Wang Yi (Jiang Sheng), who was determined to vent his anger for them, was severely damaged by Du Tiandao and became a crazy person. Four people with mutilated bodies sneaked into the mountains to find Master Wang Yi and asked him to teach him martial arts. A life and death battle began between the four people who were determined to take revenge and two vicious masters.
